Alumni In Action was established in 2019 as a non-profit organization. AIA promotes athletics at Francis Polytechnic High School in Los Angeles, as well as other Los Angeles inner-city schools — helping students aged 14 to 17 with a 2.0 GPA or greater.
To bring students, families, coaches and leaders together to guide and support our inner-city students into a brighter tomorrow.

Through guidance and instruction, students in the inner-city gain a greater opportunity to succeed on the playing field, in the classroom, and in life.
AIA promotes athletics at Francis Polytechnic High School and other Los Angeles inner-city schools, creating opportunities for students, parents, and coaches in the community.
We conduct seminars for parents to get them more involved in their student's college preparation and future — because the family is part of the team.
Part of the plan for AIA is to promote fundraisers, provide scholarships, and receive donations from prominent businesses and organizations.
AIA also plans to distribute donated turkeys to families of under-privileged students in the Los Angeles area.

A 2.0 GPA or greater is the door in — and the standard we help students hold, so athletics and academics carry each other rather than compete.

A premier running back who set the LA City rushing record in a game he only played three quarters of, and went on to the NFL and CFL. He brings nonprofit board experience and a network that supports AIA through donations, merchandise, and our Charity Golf Tournament.
